1. Service-Based Nature of Business

Pit Crew Agency primarily provides customised digital and creative services.

Due to the nature of strategy, design, consulting, and digital production work, refunds are generally limited once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

• Duplicate payments

• Billing errors

• Service cancellation before work initiation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with relevant details.

Approved refunds, if any, may take 7–14 business days to process.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once initiated:

• Branding and design work

• Website development work

• Consultation or strategy sessions

• SEO and marketing retainers

• Paid advertising management fees

• Content creation and production

• Third-party subscriptions or platform costs

• Advertising spend

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services through written notice.

For recurring retainers:

• A prior notice period of at least 15–30 days may be required depending on the agreement

• Work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable

The agency reserves the right to discontinue services in cases involving:

• Non-payment

• Misuse or abuse

• Illegal or unethical business activities

• Repeated communication breakdowns

5. Project Pauses

Projects inactive for extended periods due to delayed client response may be paused or archived.

Restarting paused projects may require revised timelines or additional charges.
