Unless otherwise specified, all quotations, invoices, payment receipts, agreements, and financial transactions shall be issued and processed under the legal entity name:

Clients may see the brand name “Pit Crew Agency” used across the website, communication materials, proposals, and marketing assets; however, the official billing and contracting entity remains Moonlight Fox India LLP.

Standard Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure may include:

One-Time Projects

• 50% advance before project commencement

• Remaining balance before final delivery or launch

Monthly Retainers

• Billed at the beginning of each monthly cycle

• Due within the invoice due date mentioned

Paid Advertising Services

• Advertising budgets are billed separately from agency management fees

• Ad platform charges are paid directly by the client unless otherwise agreed

Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in:

• Paused work

• Delayed delivery timelines

• Temporary suspension of marketing campaigns

• Restricted access to deliverables until dues are cleared

Currency

Primary transaction currency: INR (Indian Rupees)

International payments may be accepted in supported currencies.

Taxes

Applicable GST or taxes shall be added where required under Indian law.
